Area of Interest
The Neely lab studies streptococcal pathogenesis using a zebrafish host model. Our expertise is in microbial genetics, microbial pathogenesis and host-pathogen interactions. We also use tissue culture to study specific interactions between the pathogen and host at a cellular level.
