DETROIT, Jan. 31 -- Wayne State University issued the following news release:
Carol Miller, Ph.D., P.E., professor and chair of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Wayne State University's College of Engineering was recently appointed to the Great Lakes Science Advisory Board (SAB) by the International Joint Commission (IJC).
