Margaret Greenwald, Ph.D., CCC-SLP

Dr. Greenwald is currently the chair of the Communication Sciences and Disorders Department at Wayne State University. Dr. Greenwald's scope of research includes the lexical-semantic aspects of language processing, skilled motor behavior, brain-behavior relationships, and acquired dyslexia.
Dr. Greenwald also focuses on training graduate students in the clinical challenges of aphasia treatment outcomes, patterns of spontaneous recovery in aphasia, acquired neurocognitive disorders, and research methods.

  • Designing and interpreting language studies for fMRI and MEG
  • Assessment and treatment of acquired cognitive-linguistic disorders
