WSU to Host Technology of Bioterrorism Meeting
Wayne State University is hosting “New Risks and New Defenses: The Technology of Bioterrorism” at the 2007 spring meeting of the Michigan Branch of the American Society for Microbiology on Saturday, April 14 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at WSU’s School of Medicine in Scott Hall.
Presenters will be:
Dr. Joan Rose of Michigan State University - “Addressing Biological Agents of Concern: Tools and Framework for Risk Assessment with Bioterrorism”
Dr. Luther Lindler of Walter Reed Army Institute of Research - “Emerging Threats and Threat Assessment”
Dr. Philip Cunningham of Wayne State University - “Smart Weapons for the War Against Antibiotic Resistance and Bioterrorism”
