BIO 101 Lectures for Researchers

A series of introductory lectures is being presented to help researchers in engineering and the physical sciences develop a deeper understanding of key subjects in biology.  These lectures are specifically developed to assist Ph.D. students who may have had little formal education in biology, but are now involved (or interested) in collaborative research projects related to medicine and the life sciences.  All interested faculty members, postdocs, and graduate students are invited to attend.

The lecture series is organized by Professor Alan Hudson, Department of Immunology and Microbiology, and Professor Chuck Manke, Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science, with support from the Office of the VP for Research. Space is limited, so please RSVP to Julie O’Connor to reserve your seat at julie.oconnor@wayne.edu .

All lectures will be held at 4:00 p.m. at 5057 Woodward, Room 6202.
