The Office of the Vice President for Research at WSU, together with the Office of the Vice President for Research at the University of Windsor, invites faculty to attend “A Workshop for International Public Health Research,” a half-day of joint meetings between WSU-UW faculty designed to develop and promote collaborative international research in the field of Public Health.

Representing countries with different health care delivery philosophies, this collaboration will create opportunities for cross-cultural training and comparative research into one of the most important problems of our time: assuring the health and safety of our populations in the face of decreasing resources and increasing threats.

The FREE workshop will be held in the Ballroom at the Student Center Building at WSU on Tuesday, January 22, 2008 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.  Registration is required and due by January 2, 2008.  Lunch will be provided.
