The National Institutes of Health is hosting a webinar on Nov. 3 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.to provide an overview and answer questions regarding the simplified review framework (https://grants.nih.gov/policy/peer/simplifying-review.htm) for the review of most research project grant (RPG) applications. The new framework will go into effect beginning with submissions with due dates of Jan. 25, 2025.

This briefing will provide a high-level overview of the changes included in the new framework. Additional webinars for applications and reviewers will be held as details for implementation develop.
