This table summarizes the program's track record and presents data on previously awarded training positions for assessment purposes.

Overall Instructions

  • Include a footnote to explain any discrepancy between the NIH-awarded slots and actual trainee appointments within a budget year.
  • Show the total trainee count for each completed budget year, plus the combined total for all years since your last competitive renewal or grant application.
  • Include only pre/post-doc sections that are applicable to your program.
