To comply with new federal regulatory requirements, the IACUC has modified the animal transfer and DLAR animal transport processes. The new WSU Animal Transfer Form can be accessed here and must be used when transferring animals from one protocol to another. The IACUC must approve all transfers, particularly those involving animals that may have been obtained originally under a material transfer agreement or those that have undergone experimental procedures. The new WSU DLAR Animal Transport Form is available here and must be used when requesting DLAR to transport animals from one building to another.
